Ann Kraft, MBA, MS, Chief Operating Officer
Ann Kraft, MBA, MS, currently serves as chief operating officer for the National Center for Wellness and Recovery (NCWR) and brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Previously she served as vice president and global head of business development for rare disease and neuroscience at Ipsen Bioscience, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Kraft has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and biotech business development activities including strategy development, collaboration, negotiation, licensing, acquisitions, deal structuring and alliance management. She is a member of the board of directors for the Harvard Business School Healthcare Alumni Association (HBSHAA) and the Connecticut chapter of Women in Biotech.

Eric Rolen, MAMFT, Senior Manager, External Alliances
Eric Rolen, MAMFT, is senior manager of external alliances at the National Center for Wellness and Recovery. He brings more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health to the team. At NCWR, Rolen manages strategic partnerships to advance the center’s mission of addressing pain, addiction, and substance use disorder. His role includes building collaborations and driving innovative initiatives to help ensure the long-term sustainability of programs that make a meaningful impact on recovery and wellness.
